1. Using Tactical Command

You may use the service for lawful football analysis, fictional game strategy, creator workflows and other features made available on the site. War-game tools are for fictional games and simulations, not real-world harm.

2. Your accounts

You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for keeping access to them secure. Only connect a TikTok account you own or are authorized to operate. Never share passwords, authentication codes or developer secrets with Tactical Command support.

3. Content you publish

You keep ownership of your content. You grant Tactical Command only the limited permission needed to transfer the video and metadata you approve to TikTok. You must have the rights and permissions needed for every video, sound, person, brand and claim in the content.

You must review the preview, caption, privacy status, interaction settings, commercial disclosures and AI-generated content label before publishing.

4. Prohibited use

• Uploading copied, deceptive, unlawful or infringing content.
• Publishing to accounts without clear authorization.
• Attempting to bypass TikTok limits, moderation, audits or privacy controls.
• Using the service for spam, artificial engagement or misleading automation.
• Interfering with the security or availability of the website or connected services.

5. TikTok and other services

TikTok, Stripe, ChatGPT and other connected services operate under their own terms and policies. TikTok may restrict, moderate, delay or reject posts. Tactical Command cannot guarantee approval of a TikTok developer application, publication time, reach or visibility.

6. Payments

Prices, purchase type and subscription terms are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Access may be limited, suspended or removed following failed payments, refunds, disputes or misuse.

7. Availability and changes

Features may change as platform requirements evolve. We may suspend a feature when necessary for security, compliance or reliability. The service is provided without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Ending access

You may stop using the service at any time. Use Disconnect in Creator Studio to remove the local TikTok session and request revocation of its authorization. We may restrict access for serious or repeated violations of these terms.

9. Contact

Use Command Help on the website for questions, disputes or requests that need the owner. Do not include passwords, card numbers, access tokens or developer secrets.
