1. Information you choose to provide

We may receive information you enter into the AI adviser, coach tools, newsletter or Command Help. If you sign in through ChatGPT, the hosting service may provide your verified email address and optional display name so account features can work.

2. TikTok Creator Studio

When you choose Connect with TikTok, TikTok asks you to authorize the user.info.basic and video.publish permissions. We use them only to show the connected profile, retrieve current posting controls and publish videos you expressly approve.

We may store your TikTok open ID, display name, avatar URL, granted scopes and encrypted access and refresh tokens. Tokens and the TikTok Client secret are encrypted at rest and are never placed in browser storage.

3. Videos and publishing data

A video you select is sent to TikTok only after you preview it, choose the post controls and confirm consent. Tactical Command does not keep a copy of the video after the transfer. We retain limited publishing metadata—such as the TikTok publishing reference, filename, caption and status—to display processing progress and troubleshoot failures.

4. Why we use this information

• Provide the requested strategy, coach, support and creator tools.
• Keep account access, usage limits and purchases working.
• Prevent request forgery, unauthorized publishing and misuse.
• Respond to support reports and diagnose technical problems.

5. Sharing

We send information to TikTok only to perform the connection or publishing action you request. Payments are handled by Stripe. AI-assisted site features may send the text needed to answer your request to our AI service provider. We do not sell personal information.

6. Retention and deletion

Disconnecting TikTok revokes the current authorization where possible and removes the stored TikTok session and its publishing history from Tactical Command. You can also revoke access from TikTok’s app permissions. Newsletter and support records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the service or legal obligations.

7. Security and choices

We use HTTPS, secure HTTP-only cookies, anti-forgery state checks and encrypted credential storage. No online service can promise absolute security. Do not upload content you do not own or have permission to publish.

8. Contact

For privacy questions or deletion requests, open Command Help on the Tactical Command website and ask for the owner. Do not include passwords, payment details, TikTok tokens or developer secrets.
